Divorce is a Heart Disease Risk Factor in Women

couple getting divorcedThis isn’t because divorce causes women to stress eat while their heart breaks into a million pieces. Women who’ve experienced multiple divorces are at a greater risk of heart disease. On the flip-side, men who experience divorce and then remarry are in the clear. This isn’t the case for women. Loneliness is a real struggle and seems to be very harmful for divorced women. What is the biggest difference between loneliness and being alone?
