Mindful Meditation Fights Depression

mindfulAs many as 4 out of 5 depressed people found relief from depression using mindful meditation. Researchers found a benefit to use mindful meditation to enhance conventional talk therapy. The practice involves a form of meditation that encourages people to become more aware of the present moment. The rate of relapse for participants using mindfulness-adjunct therapy and those using therapy with antidepressants was slightly lower. For what it’s worth, a less costly means to treat depression may be found in a mindful therapy. Does money ever depress you? If so, mindful meditation seems like a win-win for the downward slope of depression. Take this to the bank, a recent study found that mindful meditation helps boost your career and help you find a job.
