More great news, coffee lovers! Another study touts as many as 5-cups of coffee may help you live longer. As a superfan of coffee, this news is heart-warming to me. A host of afflictions, including: heart disease, Alzheimer’s, Type 2 diabetes, and suicide, benefited from drinking 3-5 cups of coffee on a daily. It’s not about the caffeine, surprising.
