Effect of #Food on #Dreams and #Sleep

bedtime-snackIt upsets me when somebody says they don’t dream.  Dreaming is like your subconscious mind telling a story in motion pictures. If you don’t sleep well, you’re not going to have good dreams. According to this article, these are foods that can affect dreams and sleep. The Readers Digest took it another layer down to highlight the importance of sleep quality. Here are the 16 foods that help you sleep, according to them. Foods that stimulate good dreams are not necessarily foods that promote sleep. Funny how that works.
