#Diabetes Rates Increase 4x in 25-Years

diabetesLike a match to a flame, obesity is on the rise. More than half of the world’s  population is overweight, rather than underweight. It is possible to be a little chunkier and healthy, it just seems to be unrealistic considering the number of people affected by diabetes has increased fourfold in the last quarter century.  What’s the answer for this unrelenting problem? More activity? Boo, hiss. Water fasting? Sure, if you can hack it but most people can’t commit to water and water, alone. A preliminary study shows that full-fat dairy could help defray the likelihood of diabetes. The conclusion found “dairy fatty acids themselves or other correlated factors in dairy fat could reduce risk of diabetes.” If your choices are activity, water, or high-fat diary, what’s your poison?
