Strengthening Your #Memory

BrainExercise is something we know we’re supposed to do for our bodies but did you know that timing of exercise could enhance your memory? The magic number is 4-hours after studying to integrate recent learning activity. Immediately after studying didn’t have the same impressive results of the 4-hour crew. Memory recall is even more impressive after 48-hours. Physical activity can release brain neurotransmitters like dopamine and norepinephrine to alleviate mood and reduce stress for better brain processing. Getting the blood flowing brings more oxygen to the brain. Without oxygen, those of us on Earth who breathe are out of luck. Supercharge your memory by exercising 4-hours after studying and shower your neurons with oxygen.
