Good Lord, I need this Fitbit app. My sleep hygiene is horrendous. Fitbit knows there are lots of people out there like me, which is why they collected a team of sleep experts to develop this new app called the Sleep Schedule. The goal is to cultivate a more consistent sleep pattern including bedtime and gentle wake-up targets. Although this app won’t tell you how many hours of deep sleep you’ve logged, it will help set your internal sleep clock. This way, when you do develop a consistent sleep routine, you’ll fall into line of a more restful night. If you’re intrigued, download the app here. If you haven’t jumped on the bandwagon of Fitbit, it’s your loss. You may not ‘catch-up’ on lost sleep but it’s never too late to begin following the more healthy lifestyle, starting with sleep.
