Monday, March 20 was International Happiness Day. In light of this joyful holiday, let us pay homage to the happiest city in the world: Norway. The ‘subjective happiness‘ of these areas is assessed for the “happiness Report”. The question that is asked of people to gauge their happiness is imagining a ladder. The top rung on the ladder is the best possible life and the bottom is the worst possible life. On which rung do you see yourself? People of Norway, Denmark, Ireland, and Switzerland are highest of the ladder of life whereas Syria, Tanzania, Burundi, and Central African Republic ranked along the bottom. Over 150-countries in the world took part in the World Happiness Report. If an inspiration quote can be offered to help raise you on the ladder – the reminder is that it’s a ‘subjective happiness’ quiz. If the subject is you and you’re the one creating the obstacles in life…do yourself a favor and adopt these tips for seeking happiness. It’ll payoff for a lifetime!
