#Alabama is #Stressed More than the Rest of #US

ALWhat culminates the mother lode of stress in our lives? Ask a thousand people that question and you’ll get a thousand answers. But according to a new study, Alabama is the most stressed state in the US. The parameters by which the answer was found include: work, money, family, health, and safety. How is it Alabama takes the booby prize for this dubious distinction? They have the 2nd lowest credit scores in the US. The overall health of Alabamaian (is that a word) is poor. Plus the state is up there in the number of hours worked per week. So the average person in Alabama works their butt-off, has less-than-ideal health, and their credit is probably as good as their health. Yeah. Let’s see if we can do something to help a sibling state rise above the muck. Any suggestions?
