#LifeHack for Protecting Your #Brain

BrainI love me a good TED Talk. Today, I share a very important one for anybody who’s got a brain. If you’re reading this – I’m talking to you!  Let’s talk about that monumental global command system we know as our brain. How can we protect the most critical organ for our memories, our identity, our essence of life? The trick to outsmarting brain impairment is in the ‘medicine’ we all need to live: food. More specifically, the foods that contain vitamin E can help combat the free radicals that build the amaloid plaque that blocks the traffic flow in the brain of neural pathways. Be fully aware of the different forms of vitamin E and how it helps the body! Nuts are a staple of my daily diet so I’m good with that angle. I love to juice. Going to the gym is my regular escape from my racing thoughts. Now I can find more creative ways to get my vitamin E in the temple to keep the cerebral mass on point. Anybody try that jellyfish stuff? What’s your plan to defeat cognitive decline? Tweet me your play @AlliesVoice.
