‘Tis the season for holiday stress. Now that the birds flown over Thanksgiving we’re quickly approaching Christmas. T-minus 27-days and counting. Beyond exercise, which injects “feel good” endorphins and increases your endurance to go the extra mile, sharing your copious good with coworkers and friends is always a good idea.
