Beat #HolidayStress With #Exercise

WinterWalk‘Tis the season for holiday stress. Now that the birds flown over Thanksgiving we’re quickly approaching Christmas. T-minus 27-days and counting. As you feel your stress levels rising, don’t forgo the need to let the stress decompress. There’s no better heart-healthy and endurance-building way to do it than exercise. Not everybody has the desire to stroll around the neighborhood at all hours. If that’s not an option, see if there’s a Planet Fitness or 24-hour Fitness in your area. Beyond exercise, which injects “feel good” endorphins and increases your endurance to go the extra mile, sharing your copious good with coworkers and friends is always a good idea. Giving is just as good, if not better than, receiving. Think about the benefits you’ll gain with the exercise/food-giveaway combo. Happy Holidays and the stress be-gone.
