Good News Friday!

FridayLet’s end the week on a good note, shall we? Looking at this weeks headlines, there are a couple of stories that may put a spring in your step if you like tequila or you want tighter skin. Number one headline for happy is “Tequila is Good for Your Health.” Um okay. It is made from the blue agave plant, which is known for its natural sweetening powers on the low-glycemic side. What else?  Scientists say that tequila has compounds that stimulate bone-growth. So when grandma starts showing signs of osteoporosis – you know what to get her The other bit of good news is the easy, non-surgical way to tighten the skin around your face. Facial expression exercises can help lessen the effects of wrinkles. Thank you for the free enlightenment, Northwestern University.  Of course if you’re not up for the investment of time every other day – you can always dab on some Wunder Lift cream and nobody will be the wiser.
