The Good News About Sleep

SleepWe’re finally winning, Americans! In the game of sleep, a survey finds that between the years of 2003-2016, we got about 17-minutes more sleep per night. That’s pretty incredible.

The dark side of the sleep gains is that one-third of Americans are still not getting the recommended 7+ hours of sleep per night. The statistics of diabetes, heart disease, obesity, and elevated blood pressure may explain those people who are suffering from the lack of sleep.

Regulate your sleep cycle with managing your sleep-wake times, regulating your melatonin flow, and read over these organic measures to sleep tight. You may not be able to make up for lost sleep but you can make the most of the sleep you get.
