Obesity Rising Despite More Exercise

FatSkinnyRiddle me this, Batman. If asked, two-thirds of Americans will tell you they’re healthy yet over half of us are clinically obese. I love a positive attitude and it takes you further than a negative one but you cannot argue the facts. A study finds that even though we’re exercising more than we have in years – the rate of obesity is still on the rise.

Any weight-loss professional will tell you that diet is paramount when it comes to your weight. Most fitness professionals will tell you that working-out is essential for maintaining health but you must put good fuel into your body. If you eat garbage, your energy levels will be garbage. I’m paraphrasing but that’s the gist of it.

If you keep a plant in the sunniest spot in the house but fed it Sprite – will that plant be a healthy one? So what can our bodies do if we’re exercising but fueling our engines with processed and sugar-laden foods? “A” for effort on the outside. Health fail on the inside.

Don’t hang your head in defeat, ladies and gentleman. If you’re exercising like the survey says, just add a little more cleanliness to your diet. That’s the trick to see the pounds melt awaay. Detox your body and reveal the essential lean that lies beneath.
