#Time When You #Eat for #WeightControl

Would you believe that weight loss may have more to do with the time window of when we eat rather than the foods we eat? According to new book, this may be the great debate in weight. Most of us eat 15-hours a day. That’s a hint to the problem.

According to this researcher, many of us eat from the time we wake up till shortly before we go to bed. The consumption of food provokes a response in our bodies with hormones, enzymes, and digestion. How can anybody expect normalcy in their sleep patterns if their body is working on digesting a meal?

The easy answer, says this researcher, is to eat with Inn and 8 to 10 hour window. We should consume food within the first hour of waking and our last bite several hours before we go to bed. In theory, this will help normalize the hormones and enzymes in the body and essentially normalize our body weight.
