High intensity exercise works-out the power houses of our cells known as the mitochondria. The small study found that the same amount of exercise in 2-minute intervals is equivalent the total accumulated benefit of 30 minutes of moderate exercise.
Eating well and working out are steps we can take to improve the quality of our lives.
