I’m Allie Beatty. I created Allie’s Voice to share my interest in diabetes through The Diabetes Resource, YouTube videos, and iTunes podcasts.

I was diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes (T1D) when I was 7 years old. Diabetes was difficult for me. In an effort to make it easier, I began learning more about things being done to improve life with diabetes.

Now I talk to researchers, doctors,, and people whose work impacts life with diabetes. Allie’s Voice is where I share these conversations. We all need a way to cope in life with diabetes. Allie’s Voice is my way that I share with you.
